Nearly 50,000 visitors attended the 9-day event this year. What makes this new door so unique is that it combines the convenience of sliding glass and screen into a high-security steel door. The whole family was here to reminisce the past 24 years, and to celebrate the official start of the big project. Megan (8) and Abby (6) put on their safety glasses and began the demolition process of one of the walls by punching a small hole through it. Their mom made sure to emphasize that it is NOT okay to do that at home between their bedrooms :) Megan, Abby and Domenic are the fourth generation of the Secure-All family business. Even as the trucks were being loaded with the last few display doors, customers still continued to stop in to check out our quality security storm doors. Although the displays were dismantled and removed, several new doors were still sold! Our customers expressed their excitement as we shared with them our future plans. It was an emotional day full of laughter, excitement and even a few tears. At first, we thought this was going to be fairly simple task. But, we now realize that we have over 2,000 design configurations to make available! We've been working hard drawing each individual design configuration, one by one, all by hand. This is an extremely tedious process. Fortunately, we are making excellent progress. And, it looks like our new online ordering system will "go live" around the middle of April 2010. For the first time in our 35-year history, our customers will be able to build their own custom Secure-All Heritage LifeStyle steel security storm/screen door online. They will be able to add custom options, and will be able to calculate an exact price with no hidden extra charges.
